Our Cancellation and Return Policy

In accordance with distance selling regulations, students are entitled to cancel and return their course materials within a 14-day period from the date of delivery to the provided delivery/email address.

Returns are not accepted after the 14-day cooling-off period. To initiate a cancellation or return, please submit your request in writing to Accounts.

Our team will guide you through the necessary steps for returning the materials and processing any refunds.

Guidelines for Returns

Returns must be sent using a traceable shipping method, such as a courier service or Royal Mail special delivery.

Course materials must be returned in an unused condition suitable for resale. Courses that include software must be returned unregistered and unused.

The student is responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Note that returns or cancellations are not accepted after the 14-day period has lapsed.
